9.3 The SIM card provided with your weather station is technically locked to that specific device and is not authorized for use in any other equipment or application (Trust us, it won't work...). Any attempt to use the SIM card outside its designated weather station constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate and permanent deactivation of your weather station and all related services. No refunds, returns, or compensation will be issued in the event of such a breach, and all sales are considered final.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
