• The first time the station starts up, it takes up to 10 minutes to initialize the station and all its sensors. While the station is already transmitting, the respective sensors might not be ready yet. This is completely normal and just requires patience from your side. Important: Do not interrupt the initialization process and follow the steps described in the manual.
   
• The transmission of the dataset from the station to our server has been completed, but that specific sensor did not deliver any or uncalibrated data at that time. If this reoccurs, please get in touch with us.
   

This indicates the waiting for data from the station. As the data tables for 6h and 24h always jump to a new line with the current time, it's quite possible that the station didn't yet send data for that time period. Hang on for a minute and reload the site, the new dataset should appear (by magic).

When the wind is calm, i.e. the cups are not rotating, no direction can be obtained. So, as there is no wind there's no value to display. Hence the hanging wind sock.

All data and its transmission is fully encrypted on the station before being sent to our servers.
